The Catholic Community Center, located at 9018 E. Avenue A in Galliano, will open its food bank to provide non-perishable food items to those in need tomorrow, Saturday, October 31st, from 8 am-2 pm, or until the food runs out. There will be a brief screening process.

The Office of Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux is reporting that a hurricane-related issue which prevented Holy Rosary Catholic School in Larose from having school on Friday has been resolved, and Holy Rosary will resume in-classroom instruction on Monday, November 2nd.
