    ParishSOFT eGroup Support and Training

    ParishSOFT eGroup is our Diocesan users group.  To schedule your in-house ParishSOFT training, email [email protected]. All training sessions hosted by the Catholic Foundation for South LA are free.  Sessions hosted by Ministry Brands, ParishSOFT Professionals may include a fee.

    Small Group Training sessions are hosted twice a year by the Catholic Foundation for South LA. Training dates and topics are emailed to all PS Users.

    End-of-Year - Contribution Statement 

    A detailed record of all donations/contributions should be maintained in ParishSOFT through “Offering”. 
     Any donation of $250 or more must be acknowledged in writing. The acknowledgment must include the name of the church, the date and amount of each contribution, statement that no goods or services were provided by the church in return for the contribution. Annual statements can be modified to accommodate the detail required for donations over $250. (Finance, Best Practices - Parishes)
