Spiritual direction is a valuable way to grow in our relationship with Jesus and respond to the Church’s universal call to holiness. Through regular conversation with a trained spiritual director, individuals prayerfully reflect on how the Holy Spirit is working in their lives and discern God’s invitation at each stage of their journey. A spiritual director helps to guide that discernment and deepen a person’s life of prayer.

Every priest or pastor in our diocese can be a spiritual director, and many lay people are also certified and trained spiritual directors.
